Arrival (Day Spa Packages)

At at His & Her Day Spa, treatments are scheduled by appointments. Please arrive for your scheduled appointment ten minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows time to fill out appropriate paperwork and to prepare for your appointment. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your appointment may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items, so you may wish to leave valuables at home.

Cancellations (Day Spa Packages)

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If proper cancellation notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of your scheduled service without notification.

Gratuities

Gratuities are solely up to the client's discretion. Gratuity is not included in gift certificates, unless requested by the purchasing client.

Etiquette

To allow you maximum enjoyment of services, you are always discreetly covered. Improper action or language will be cause for termination of your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
